Ordering and Shipping FAQ
Q: When can I
place my order?
A: We are closed on weekends and
holidays; however, orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. If you send us an e-mail, we will respond within two business
days.
Q: How do you ship?
A: United States Postal
Service, Media Mail, from TN.
Q: Do I get a
receipt/confirmation when I place my order?
A: Yes. As soon as you
place your order, our payment processor, PayPal, sends it to you by e-mail. This
is the only thing you will receive from us other than the book itself.
Keep this confirmation -- it is your receipt.
Q: When can I expect my book
to arrive?
A: Delivery time is 2-4 weeks from the date your order was
placed.
Although the book usually arrives much sooner, we do not consider a book "late" or "undelivered" unless the maximum amount
of time (4 weeks) has passed since your
order was placed.
Q: My book is late and I
need to inquire about my order; where and how should I inquire?
A: It is extremely rare for a book to
be late; however, it can happen, and it's very frustrating for all
involved. The procedure is to send an e-mail to
the e-mail address (pat at bellwitch dot org) listed on the PayPal
confirmation. Include your name and shipping address, date of original
order, and transaction ID number. You MUST include your
Receipt ID number or your Transaction ID number.
Do not file an inquiry with
PayPal itself; they don't have custody of the books or shipping records, and
it will only delay the process. We will make every effort to
answer your inquiry within two (2) business days. Please note that the
Armand Press is not open on weekends or holidays; we answer e-mail on weekdays
only.

make sure our e-mail address is not blocked! We are not responsible for

our e-mails.~
Q:
I have decided that I no longer want the book; are they refundable?
A:
We are a small, print-on-demand company. Once your order is placed,
a third-party printing company is instructed and paid in advance to print your
book for you. They do not issue refunds. For that reason, our books are not refundable. If the book is physically damaged
upon receipt, you will be asked to return the damaged book to us at our
expense, and we will replace it.
Signing and Personalization
Q: What is the difference
between "author signature" and "personalized?"
A: "Author
Signature" means the author signs his name only.
"Personalized" means that he writes a line and then signs his
name. Most often, personalizations are to the effect of "To Your
Name," followed by the author's signature. To have your book
personalized, you MUST provide instructions in the "notes" field of
your order; for example, "Make it out to Johnny," etc. ALL
books will be signed by the author, however.
Q: What if I don't want my
book signed by the author OR personalized?
A: You will need to type the
word, "NOTHING," (in upper-case letters) in the "notes" field of
your order.
Legal
Q: May I copy or type from
the book and distribute the information to others?
A: No. That would be a
copyright violation.
Q: May I use the book as a
source for a book or movie that I am currently working on?
A: As the book says, you
must have express written permission from the author first.
